17 months & Happy Halloween:-)

I was reminded I'm slacking on my blog:-) So here is a picture filled post!

My little boo is 17 months old!! Crazy one more month & she is a nursery kid...weird?!!

We have had a lot of fun in October...here are a lot of pictures to show it....

We went swimming...she thinks that she is too cool for her floaty these days and prefers to play on the side getting in & out of the pool constantly.

Grandma had a really fun halloween party with the cousins in Richfield...We went to the pumpkin patch, road the tractor train, and the hay wagon:-) 

All the cousins are pictured above (I didn't say anything about it being a good picture!)

Chesney sat at the kid table...she though she was hot stuff...what you don't see is how fast she cleared the kid table...the boys weren't so sure about Chesney sitting with them.

Eli & Chesney are so cute...they look like little blonde haired blue eyed twins:-)

The next weekend I had a conference up north...we were able to visit Jimmy, Chelo, & Teyha:-)

We went to Cornbelly's @ Thanksgiving Pointe & had some fun before we decided it was too cold!

Chesney & Teyha playing;-) It was so funny watching them play...we sure miss those guys!! We are glad things are going to well for them, but sure miss them in Cedar:-(

 Bode took us road hunting the last night of the hunt...Chesney did really good...she thought she was all big riding in Bode's truck!

 Hollie won tickets to Thriller & took me along...it was fun to see all the people dressed up...not to sure about the show on the other hand?!

Halloween was fun...We dressed up again...such a cutie!! We went trick or treating to the car dealerships & to a few friend's houses & to dinner with my friend Ashlee & her family. 

It was super fun & the kiddos were so cute!

 Chesney cracks us up all the time...she loves the colander & gets it from the drawer every chance she gets?!

 She is really good at saying bye bye.

She is working on getting more teeth.

She is throwing more tantrums these days...definitely lets us know when we have upset her.

Is growing so fast...I feel like she grows out of clothes every week?!

Has started to fold her arms when we pray:-)

Loves to rough house with dad!

Gets embarrassed!

Loves to say NO & point.

Does the hokey pokey...seriously so cute!!

 I just wanted to give a shout out to my little/big Norton...he turned 3 in October:-)

P.S. I apologize for my lack of descriptive words...cute is just way to easy to use ha ha!!

16 Months = Drama Queen

16 Months Old!! {I can't believe I am blogging on time} 

These are some pictures we took today when we took a drive up the mountain to look at the leaves...

Oh goodness where to start with this little cutie!

We went to her 15 month check up a couple weeks ago...

Height: 30.5 inches

Weight 22.11 lbs

Pretty average:-)

She was terrible @ the doctor's office...like cried for a whole hour...the doctor diagnosis her with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder...ha ha), but seriously it was awful:-( Poor kid...I then had to take her back a week later for a diaper/yeast rash....sad traumatic crying:-( So sad....I forgot to get her flu shot while I was there, so I am feeling really bad i'm going to have to take her back...poor girl...or I should say poor office staff. Anyways, besides hating the doctor...

She is busy busy busy!! We love playing with her & seeing her explore everywhere.

She is getting a bit dramatic {if you can't tell from the story above} & throws a few fits if she doesn't get her way; which lets be honest she usually gets what she wants, except if she wants to play in the road or go visit strangers ha ha. 

She loves to play outside & cries when we have to come in.

She still is a jabber mouth & talks pretty much all day.

Loves to play in the dog water & toilet...we are trying to limit these activities:-)

She loves to hide things...for example....I go to put the laundry in the washer & I find Bode's deodorant in the hamper or I am cleaning & my cleaner disappears & I find it in the bathroom drawer. 

It is never dull around her with this little munchkin! 

The only big decision we have around here...is what is she going to be for halloween?! Being a mom is so stressful! 

The other people that live in this house...Bode & Me...if you have forgotten have been kinda exciting this month....Bode has been hunting:-) Happy Guy! I had a girl's weekend in Vegas, which was super fun & very relaxing.

My mom & I did another 1/2 marathon in Cedar a couple weeks ago...We both improved from our last one, but we are glad its over:-)

15 Months...

Our babe is becoming quite the little person....I can't believe she is 15 months! 

We are really loving the stage she is in right now:) It has its challenges, but she is so much fun! 

August has been a busy month for me & Bode...Bode went on a 2 week detail to Idaho...so I was working & doing the single parent things ha ha....wow it was a bit chaotic...I had tons of babysitting help from friends & family thank goodness:-) I think Chesney was a bit confused on why i kept dropping her off everywhere & she definitely punished me when we would get home. 

{Well our little 15 month has been up to lots lately}

{She prefers to feed herself...{which means I can't help her at all or she gets so mad}....she isn't very good at using utensils yet...mostly throws them on the floor & goes at it with her hands...but she is so cute to watch... just not clean up after!}

{We went to the county fair, parade & rodeo....she rode her first carousel and seemed to like it}

 {She pretty much loves to play with anything that isn't one of her toys}

She got in one of the drawers and found some soap! Ha ha she must of said something naughty & was punishing herself...{if this is the case this parenting thing is going to be a piece of cake}

When Bode was gone I went to Richfield for a weekend...the baby needed a break from me...but seriously I was fine with her, but she honestly seemed sick of me ha ha! Sad huh?! 

Anyways, while we were there she got braved & started walking {8/17/12}! 

Bode was so sad he wasn't here:( 

She is now a full time walker...it is so cute...we really love to watch her explore!

She loves to say "HI"...she says it to us anytime we walk in the room...my favorite is when we go get her from her crib & she pops up & says "HI!" 

She is starting to follow directions...like if we tell her to go get her ball or to open or close doors or cupboards.

She loves to play in the entertainment center...I cleaned out the cupboards on the bottom & she loves to climb in & out.

She still loves to swing, swim & bark @ the dogs.

She mimics a lot of the words we say...she is a talker...there are some days that I swear she talks all day long:-) 

She goes to the doctor in a couple weeks...so we will see how big she is getting!
